Our team of health care professionals meets
with each resident and family to develop an individualized plan
of care. As needs change, the care plan is adjusted accordingly
with resident and family participation in regular resident
conferences. Pines' in-house
physical, occupational, and speech therapists continually
monitor resident needs and goals and provide home safety
assessments to ease the transition back home.
We would be happy to arrange a tour of our
beautiful 13-acre community and provide additional information
about our services and amenities, including:
